Managing phonebook is much more easier from the program than directly in the phone. Contacts list shows contacts brief information. Here you can change numbers type, set speed dials, assign contact to caller groups. VCard window, opened double-clicking on the contact, gives full access to all contact fields: numbers, addresses, notes, pictures, melody. Editing main contact fields, like numbers, available both in VCard and contacts list.
Program supports complete phonebook synchronization with MS Outlook including contact groups and categories; imports and exports data from Windows Address Book; saves data in various formats: MS Excel, MS Word, HTML, XML, CSV and other.
Oxygen Phone Manager II offers useful capabilities that usually unavailable in the phone itself: editing additional fields like middle name, prefix, full address; setting fullname format; searching for duplicate numbers; optimizing memory usage by packing contacts database.
Program performs convenient way to edit calendar events from simple "Memo" to "Meeting" with various recurrence types and alarm.
Along with simple list you can view events in Outlook-style Planner. Program has several options to customize Planner's interface: number of viewed days, worktime interval, time scale.
Program allows setting custom recurrence types that are not available in the phone.
There is also an easy way to create Anniversaries in Calendar for the contacts having "Birthday" field.
Editing Todo list is easy as editing calendar events. Program allows to set task name, priority, due date and alarm time. Once the task is completed program allows to set corresponding status.
Program supports complete Tasks synchronization with MS Outlook; saves data in various formats like MS Excel, MS Word, HTML, XML, CSV and other.
Oxygen Phone Manager works with multimedia files in explorer-like "Gallery" section. Here you can perform various operations with the content of your phone: load files from the phone, add new, delete unwanted, move them between phones, save on PC in various formats.
Viewing images, playing tones and videos is naturally implemented in the section. Program even has own picture viewer with resizing manipulations and navigation tools.
You can send chosen files by e-mail, set images as wallpapers and operator logo, copy to clipboard to use in other applications.
Programs gives smooth access to profiles section. You can set incoming call and message type, ringing tone, volume, enable or disable vibration, etc.
